First off, I want to say that Tamilee Webb gets on my last nerve. She says "addominals" instead of "abdominals," and the music in this tape sounds suspiciously like porno music. I also don't like the fact that there is a warm up segment for each of the 3 different ab workouts. That said, I think the workouts themselves are very good and I do this tape often, despite the fact that I can't stand her. It is easy to use the wrong form at times, but I can really feel it when I concentrate on using proper form.

Instructor Comments:
Despite her annoying pronunications and that strange ponytail on top of her head, Tami is a decent instructor. She definitely schools you on the proper form to use to work your "addominals."
