Tae Bo Basics

I have a collection of tapes, and this is the only one that i have the patience to finish. Its not dance moves so you dont have to be graceful, and he doesnt keep adding to the moves so you'll get confused. What I like best about it is that after each move, you walk for 8 seconds. This gives you time to get ready for the next move. Time flys when doing this. Its not hard, but yet you work up a good sweat and feel toned and great! I love it! If you're looking for a video you can stick to and get results with, this is the one for you!

He's one of those motivating kind of instructors that really play a part in your sticking with the program. He is funny at times and keeps us entertained.
