This is a nice slower-paced modified Ashtanga workout of about an hour. You start with sun salutations (3 each of A and B), then go into standing poses and, finally, sitting poses. It has gorgeous scenery and very good production values. If you’re looking for Ashtanga but don’t want the full-blown thing, this is a great choice. Grade A.
