I teach kickboxing so when I saw the infomercial, I was pretty excited thinking the videos would be a great reference for me. Luckily, I didn't have to spend my savings on the video, and I watched a friend's. I was surprised when he demonstrated a jab as always going across the body (has he ever watched a boxing match?). Also, his hook and uppercut are over-reached. These punches should be kept closer to the body with the momentum coming from the shoulder, back and torso, not an open swinging arm. When he started kicking, again, I was surprised that his "roundhouse" was nothing more than a side kick. It also seemed that all of the women in his class led their kicks by sticking their butts out to the side first. It is just weird form. I don't even need to mention the lack of warm-up/cool-down, or those Jane Fonda donkey kicks and fire hydrants. I smell a back injury! Because of my training, I can modify the video and get a pretty good workout but it is too dangerous for the average or unknowing viewer. If you ask me, go to your local gym and take a kickboxing class. You won't get bored or a back injury.

Instructor Comments:
Aside from his counting ability, I like the way BB leads the class. The one most disappointing thing he does is go around and point at and poke the class members telling us to look at their butts and look at their abs. C'mon.
