This video is an excellent example of an intermediate to advanced video. I am an Aerobic Instructor & Conditioning Specialist. The moves are fun & exciting. I have a great time with each workout I do. However, I feel that this workout could very well be toned down and taught in a slower pace to accomodate the people who are new to exercising or are older and need a slower pace. Billy Blanks tells you to go at your own pace yet sets the pace too high for a beginner. The advanced is really too fast and risk of injury is very high unless you are very accomplished in Tae-Bo. I have many people ask my opinion of Tae-Bo and I tell them that if you are experienced in aerobics or Martial Arts, then purchase the tapes. Otherwise invest in a class to see if they can tolerate the pace & the moves before they purchase the tapes.Perhaps Billy Blanks will come out with a Beginner workout to accomodate all the people that want to receive the great benefits this workout has to offer without becoming discourged with trying to keep up with the fast pace. Again, I personally love the workout for myself.
