I love Christi, I love the music, I love the moves; I love almost everything about this tape. I mainly do sections 1 and 2 because section 3 isn’t quite my cup of tea. I love dancey choreography so learning the moves in section 2 was such a treat for me. I get this great feeling of accomplishment while having loads of fun when I put sections 1 and 2 together.

The only drawback, for me, is that there are no low-impact modifications available for a couple of the moves. Other than that, the tape is nothing but fun!
