Loved the tapes have used them 5 times and plan on using them for a while. If you are unsure yourself please rent them from Blockbuster video before you buy. Thats what I did and now I know exactly what I'm buying. Remmember no workout tape will please everyone we are all on different levels if this tape works for you than do it do it you have everything to gain and nothing to loose. Good Luck
