The tapes are difficult but that makes me want to work harder. I want to get faster and stronger. Anyone who feels like he is too inconsistent must not have a mind of their own. Do your own warm ups. If he took the time to show you how to stretch, it would be a waste of money, anyone can stretch. He gets right down to the nitty gritty. He makes you sweat. Inconsistent or no, it's a workout, plain and simple.

Instructor Comments:
I think Billy does a pretty good job at pushing you. I appreciate it when he reminds me to tighten up. He's not some frilly girl who has sympathy for the fat women and men of America. He doesn't let you slack. He doesn't make you feel stupid and unfit.Sure take a break but don't slack. I'm a slacker, or was before I found Tae Bo.
