This is my first review. I received these workouts yesterday and couldn't wait to do them today. I started with Cardio Core - loved it! I love standing ab work. I was glad I knew ahead of time about the unbalanced wood chops so I could do the other side. The time flew by. The music sounded vaguely familiar and I think it is used on some of my other workouts. Next I did Cardio Sculpt - again loved it! Renee, you look great and I thought your form was excellent. It was fun to work out with you after reading so much about these workouts and everything that went into making them. Neither of these workouts is super-tough, but I think they'll be great for using in the SS rotation, which is exactly what I plan to do. I will get a lot of use out of them. If I had to choose between CC or CS, I'd pick CC, only because I love standing ab work and also there seemed to be more of a fun factor in CC, IMO. I recognized the cool-down song in CS as one from a Firm workout, but I couldn't remember which one. The timer along the bottom of the screen reminded me of Project You. Someone else thought these workouts had a rushed feel, but I did not feel rushed at all. I agree that Debbie's cueing leaves a lot to be desired, and because of this, some of the moves did not transition well. Maybe after I've done them a few times, it will be smoother.

Next I did the 6-min Abs - I found this tough, but since it was only 6 min I got through it (although I did have to rest a bit during). Then I did the CIO Express - but I only did the first 15 min because the phone rang and I decided I had done enough for the day. Renee, your flexibility is amazing. Your quad stretch blew my mind. I am not flexible, but this stretch workout was extremely relaxing and I'm looking forward to doing the whole 30 min.

Overall, I am so glad I got these workouts and plan to use them in my SS rotation. I may even use them both together as I did today.
