This kickboxing workout is produced by Evolution Video, Marcus Irwin's company. The production quality is decent. Steve teaches alone, but he has a screen behind him reflecting his movements, which gives kind of a cool, high tech look. The music is good techno, although the sound is rather low and tinny.

The layered choreography, intensity and pacing is similar to Janis Saffell's CIA workouts. The diversity of styles Mr. Schiemer draws from give the combos a very fresh feel. According to the cover, the workout is approximately 60 minutes.

Steve Schiemer is a likeable, good-looking instructor who puts an emphasis on solid technique.
