I did this workout in the early evening tonight and it fit the bill for what I wanted. Short and sweet but a good walk. The set on this one is the same as some of the other WATP ‘extra’ (eg 30 minute walk, morning mile plus abs etc) workouts and the sound quality is lacking in this one, as it is in those others. On the step touches is seems the mike must be zipping back and forth from above because you can hear the air flowing past it! That is the only thing that bugs me about these extra WATP w/o’s - the production quality is not up to par as the regular WATP or WATP express ones.
But, that aside, it’s a change to do the one mile with more weighs in it and the pace is brisk. I got this workout through a trade so I’m happy - I don’t think I would have been happy if I had bought it though, it’s a better deal to get the 1 and 2 mile combo DVD. But, now that I have it I will use it on my short evening walks.
