This is a great brisk walk, which comes in at a quick 20 minutes. It goes by really quickly, so it is great if you are having a motivation problem (as I often do). It would be a wonderful warm-up to another activity or good if you are short on time. I was surprised at how brisk the pace is and was equally surprised that I was already to the cooldown, when she started slowing down.

All-in-all I am happy with this. I don't know if I would have wanted to pay more than $6 or so for it (since it is so short), but I was given this as an SASE, so I am thrilled.

Instructor Comments:
Leslie is chatty, perky, sweet and kind. I don't mind her chattiness at all.
