Beautiful production, detailed instructions and lots of options are delivered in this well thought out program.

The dvd allows you to choose from 3 preset sequences focusing on different aspects: Strength, Flexibility or Focus. The most unique feature on the dvd is the "customized" option. Here you can choose up to 12 segments that will play in the order you have selected. (I've used the customized option about 10 times and find it a good way to tack on a much needed stretch after a good cardio session)
