I like these very much. There are 2 separate workouts, both filmed in the prettiest outdoor setting I have yet to see in any workout video. Absolutely gorgeous. The toning workout is about 24 minutes long and Madeleine uses light weights, but the pace of the workout easily allows for heavier weights. The stretching workout is 23 minutes long and uses a strap. Very relaxing and a great stretch. I think they did a good job with these.
