This is a 45-minute blend of light yoga, Pilates, and traditional strength training for the legs (lunges, squats). The first half of the workout concentrates on legs, and the second half is core. I did not like the warmup at all (it was very boring), but I did like the rest of it. You get a little bit of everything in a short amount of time, presented in an interesting way. I’ll add this one to my collection, but I will skip the warmup.
