This is a fun, moderate-intensity to low-advanced workout (both in choreography and intensity). It’s about 55 minutes long. Petra’s breakdown of the choreography is a tad slow, but not bad. You learn combos 1 and 2, combine them 2 times; then you learn combos 3 and 4 and combine them 2 times; and finally you do 1 through 4 all the way through 2 times. I didn’t feel bored in the TIFT department at all. It’s nice to have a no-gimmick regular step workout – it seems like they’re getting harder to find!
