"You guys gotta really want this one!" And how! Faint of heart need not apply...at least not until you're ready for 25 minutes of fat-melting aerobics followed by 20 minutes of INTENSE abdominals followed by 15 minutes of serious leg&butt work! Then, mercifully, a nice stretch segment which wraps-up this flabbicidal workout. The title, "New Best of..." is just that, selected segments of the TV show, hosted by Gil from the cockpit of a glider soaring over the the Big Island. Gil's style is charming and his enthusiasm infectious as he guides you thru this seemingly intimidating workout. As ferocious as it gets though, Gilad never seems to overwhelm you with too much. His humor and absolute devotion to getting YOU fit make him the best instructor, period. GIL, COME BACK TO ESPN, I MISS YOU!!!

Instructor Comments:
Gilad is the only instructor I have ever bothered to follow (with the exception of his sister, Ada, whose show "Basic Training" used to precede Gilad's to make a kicking 1-hour full body workout!) It was his show that actually got me off my couch to begin excercising and I believe him to be the BEST.
