Quick Fit: AbsGilad Janklowicz

This is a short abs workout, about 15 minutes. It is comprised of traditional abs strength moves. It works my abs really well and I definitely feel it after doing this tape. It is set on a beach with background exercisers, but I donít find myself looking at the scenery (natural or human) during this workout! (smile)
Gilad is motivating and descriptive throughout the workout. There are usually several points at which I am ready to quit this workout because itís hard. He keeps me going though and I feel strong, but sore, at the end of it.
He is motivating in this workout. He also gives good descriptions.
