Denise Austin is way too perky for me, but she seems to have a knack for putting together a "theme"workout. The country music she's chosen is fun, the dances are reasonably easy to learn and fit the music. At the end of the tape is a special section in which each of the four difficult dances is taught so you can practice before you use the tape for a workout. It's pretty easy to modify to your intensity level. Austin cues well, although in one section she starts doing her own thing and you can feel lost for a minute or two. The ab workout is solid, if brief, and completely separate from the main program, so you don't have to do it to get to the stretching.
