#6 uses barbells which I don't have but I still enjoy this one. I find it's relatively less challenging as others.

Jayne has a great smile and puts out a high level of motivation. The video is one of my favorites. It emphasizes cardio-vascular conditioning with the use of relatively heavy weights. The moves are mostly slow and smooth. This is one of my favorite workouts.
