So far, I've only done Well Built.
It is a 30 minute workout - "S" for Sculpting workout (if you follow the old Firm classifications).
Chapters:
Warm Up - 5 min
Medium Weights - 9 min
Heavy Weights - 11 min
Pec Fly/Pullovers - 5 min
There isn't much of a cool down.
I liked this workout. It doesn't show in the chapters - but there are also some core movements thrown in, moving planks and side planks.
I especially liked the one-legged squat/row combo.
I didn't go really heavy during the heavy weights section, but Tracie moved slow enough that you could safely heavy up if you wanted more of a challenge.
This workout went by fast. No dread factor. I liked it better than the 30 minute Focus series. Will do again!
