PiYo Define: Lower Body

I don't usually do Beachbody workouts, but I got this set at a used book sale CHEAP, so I decided to try it. I've found that the time breakdowns for all of the Piyo workouts online are incorrect. Here is the info for Define Lower Body:

Warm-Up, 2.5m
Heat Building, 4m
Warrior Series, 5m
Balance Series, 4m
Down Dog Series, 5m

I like this workout, and although I think it's supposed to be more beginning the lower body work is fairly challenging. You'll come in and out of warrior in the warrior series and move and out of crescent to a one-leg balance in the balance work. I also like that this is short! It makes for a nice lower body add-on that has both strength and stretch.

Instructor Comments:
Chalene is not my favorite instructor. I find her tolerable in these workouts, although I don't like her tendency to say "thank you!" when she asks you to do something, like go lower. There is a modifier in all the Piyo routines, Michelle. She generally does a good job, although she looks more like she is holding back versus modifying.
