This workout moves from side to side throughout instead of building the sequence on one side and then progressing to the other. This results in more movement but perhaps not as great a stretch/toning effect. Very few form pointers are given making me realize why I progressed more in my practice working with different instructors. It's a Gaiam production so beautiful visually. There is some core work in the end including back work, so can be used as a full body practice. Overall it's a nice workout and I felt better when it was over but don't think it's essential for me to own.
