I thought I'd update my review above from 4 years ago. I got rid of this DVD because I'm just not into barre and then re-acquired it. Now, I use it as an add-on when I want to supplement other workouts that aren't as long as I want. With the option of viewing the chapters, I usually start at a certain point in the DVD and then do 2-3 sections. It's really well set up for this type of use.
It has an athletic feel compared to a lot of barre worouts. For me, this is optimal. I'm not sure how much barre enthusiasts would enjoy it.
I appreciate that Cathe does verballly give options of things you can do to modify. I still wish there were a modifier, but it works to follow what she says.
