Yoga Conditioning For Athletes

Given that there are seven reviews for the main workout, with mention of the two 'versions' where the camera stays with either Christy (for strength modifications) or Chris (for flexibility modifications), and also given that I did all the mini-workouts today, sequentially - that's what I'm reviewing.

I thinks it's called the 'other features' section that the mini-workouts are located. These are short (under 10min) segments targetted at sports. My video is called "Yoga Conditioning for Sport", rather than for 'athletes' - vids for Australia are often renamed.

Anyway... in the order that they appear, and their duration
Tennis 8:30
Running 7:17
Golf 7:52
Cycling 7:48
Swimming 7:51
Other Sports 8:33

I did them all as if they formed an additional complete workout. It was 41 minutes, and each contains different enough moves not to be overly repetitious. Mostly they're held stretches, with only two (I think) having a couple of sun salutations. None of the moves were hard, all mainstream (down dog, triangle pose, warrior one, angle pose, seated twist, lying twist...).

As 'a workout', it required a chair (one section only) for standing hamstring stretches and a towel (rolled & placed on the floor, then you lie down with it at your mid/upper back to arch back over). For the latter, to save going to fetch one, I used one of those squishy barre workout balls.

So.... don't ignore these - get the most from the vid.

They were all Rodney alone with the ocean in the background.

Instructor Comments:
Calm, as always, and shirtless in lycra pants (as usual). Not mirror cued.
