This is a 45 minute low impact cardio and toning routine. Jennifer leads the cardio portions & Stacey the strength. They work out in the mansion set with a group of exercisers. You will need dumbbells, a Fanny Lifter, and optional dowel for this workout. The DVD is fully chaptered.
You begin with a warmup and stretch. Exercises include: light 4 limb work, knee ups & bi curls, toe tap & delt raise, heel tap & kick backs, dowel hover squats, v step, repeater knees, dowel glute pinch & aduct, step touch, ham curls, back cross step, dowel lunges, cal pumps, low impact jacks, dips & bi curls, mambo cha cha and concludes with a stretch.
This is a high beginner routine. Low impact cardio alternating with upper body work using dumbbells and nonweighted lower body work. As always Jen & Stacey are both phenomenal leads. I received this dvd to review.
