I love this workout along with its sibling "FIRM Strength". This workout is more aerobic than "Strength" due to the PHA sequencing and slightly more aerobic "cardio" segments (more on the step, less on 4 limb).

The leg presses, military presses, and table work sections are killer!

The cast members, especially Narty and Kelsie, are very inspirational!

Heidi has a very pleasant demeanor, just like Pam in "Strength".
