I just did this workout and I'd like to tell you a little about it. First of all, this tape has been sitting on my shelf for a while saying "Try me!"
The workout is about 16 minutes and consists of a 3 minute warmup, a 10 minute aerobic portion, and 3 minute cool down (note that all times are approximate).
This workout is great if you are pressed for time and need a great calorie burn. The choreography is very simple and low impact. It consists of walking in place, step touches, kicks, knee lifts, and variations on these steps.
There is a bonus 5 minute firming segment which contains lunges, pushups, and crunches.
This workout is good overall. I give it an A.
