Mike leads this 51 minute yoga workout in a MMA gym set with a group of exercisers. You won't need any equipment for this workout. There are music and subtitle options.

This is a standing & floor flowing yoga routine. You will see many tried & true yoga poses in this workout performed at varying paces. Poses include: mountain pose, up and down dog, cobra, triangle, and 3 leg dog. Stretches are also included.

I rate this an intermediate yoga routine. Great to intersperse into your TapouT rotation for a recovery day and to stretch tired muscles. I received this dvd to review.
