Exercises include: banana boat, sit ups, leg raise, oblique ankle taps, sit up to bridge, sit up & elbow strike, roll backs, boat pose w/ punches, superman w/ elbow strikes, oblique crunches, sit up & speed bag. The workout ends with a killer move: 90 seconds of GFO (roll up to a side hold).
I rate this a solid intermediate core workout. Mike keeps this workout moving right along with no wasted time. His form pointers are excellent. I received this dvd to review.
