As there are already 6 reviews for this so I'll be brief. Unless you are a beginner, this will likely annoy you as you'll recognise poor form. She seems a bit vague on what she's supposed to be doing much of the time. One women (on the left) seems annoyed now & then. Denise spends quite a bit of time touching the background exercisers, and mentions bra overhang when her hands are on a male! The workout seems under-rehearsed, and patchy. The weights work is minimal, VERY minimal. To make this work for me (solid intermediate), I'd have to use weights around 80% of my one-rep-max.

It includes kickboxing (but don't expect Ilaria, ok?) , step work (very simple, but able to raise the heart rate enough to do what it's for), some plyo & pushups. The weights work uses only one set of dumbbells, with one set & few reps.

Summary - there's enough workouts on the market to let this one go by, unless it's under $5.

Instructor Comments:
She was proud of me, as usual
