DVD description from the MyYogaVideo.com website:

"...a simple and sweet Vinyasa Yoga practice during sunset on the patio of beautiful Father Junipero Serra Presidio. Jennifer leads you through a basic yet complete Vinyasa yoga practice that will leave you feeling energized and relaxed."

I agree with this description! The practice is a Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga practice that is about 50 minutes long. I liked it a lot...the flow is good (not too fast or too slow), the music is good, the scenery is good, and the instruction is good!

There are three different soundtracks which is great and I think there is also a music "off" choice, as well. You also can choose the "level" of instruction: detailed instruction or "timing only" (this is supposed to be just notification of when to change poses - I haven't tried it yet). So, you have eight different audio choices.

This is classified as a beginner to intermediate practice since it is not too difficult, however, it is a bit energetic and not too easy, either (and not boring). I think it is nice for all levels.

Instructor Comments:
Good instruction.
