Keli Roberts' Fat-Burning Kickboxing Workout for Dummies is a good under-40-minute introduction to kickboxing. I'm somewhere low on the scale between Beginner and Intermediate and I find it quite appropriate - not so difficult as to be frustrating, but definitely challenging enough to make me sweat.

The separate 15-minute Top Ten Tutorial is very helpful and is a good idea for someone new to kickboxing. There are more advanced modifications shown throughout the workout, but not as many as I've seen in other Dummies videos. (Though I'm not there yet - they may be quite sufficient!) The music is a good fit.

Personally, I like the Dummies format... an instructor on her own, a spacious uncluttered set, modifications shown off set, and a workout that is broken into segments so you don't have to wonder how far along you are!

This is the only Keli Roberts workout I have so far, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another. She is enjoyable and easy to follow.
