This is a fun and challenging lower body and cardio workout. I like that it packs so much into 30 minutes. The lower body weight work is alternated with cardio. Pam gives excellent cueing and form pointers; heaving up is possible with this workout.
The workout flows nicely back and forth from weights to cardio. The weight segments are solid and target the lower body; the cardio segments are fun and refreshing. It is a solid intermediate workout.
