This will be brief. I love step, not that much into kickboxing, intermediate fitness level. Did this workout using 8" step - should have gone 10" & used weighted gloves perhaps.

Fast pace, very little breakdown, reasonable cardio workout for an intermediate = sweaty in summer, but not puffing. Didn't notice the music much, but would have definitely noticed if she was off the beat & she wasn't. Cues were fine mostly, no dramas there.

The part with weights is quite minor & all compound moves. If you want to work hard, go a wee bit heavier than you'd usually grab. I used 3kg (6.6lb) and wish I'd gone with more. The abs are all crunches: standard, twisted, reverse, double, & twisted with leg extension.

Overall - didn't LOVE it, didn't HATE it - it's serviceable but not recommendable unless you particularly like kickboxing and/or Kelly Coffey-Meyer.
