I just did this workout and it was Great! The best boxaerobics tape ever! A
little different from taebo, less kicks but very aerobic, shuffles, jacks and
jack hop turns.
Warm Up 7 min
Work out 22
Work out drills with some kicks 20(TOTAL Hi/Lo 42 minutes)
Standing Legs & Standing Abs 8 minutes(I like the way she puts them at the
end, She added a fun squat, front kick, crescent kick, side lunge plyo
squat!!LOVED IT LOVED IT!!!!!
Cooldown with some pushups & stretch 7 minutes!!!Debbie Burns is a very
personable instructor.
This one is in my rotation FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!
