I am 5 weeks into this program and WOW!! I never dreamed I could do anything like this on video and get such amazing results. I've tried all sorts of videos and NEVER experienced change like this. I've lost 12 lbs. so far, and I have more muscle tone that I've ever had in my life. I just turned 42 and am in the best shape I've ever been in. This is a lot of work and takes commitment. My vision of myself has changed, my view towards food and exercise has changed and I've worked so hard these last 5 weeks that I know I will never gain the weight back or my old mentality.
