This is the most challenged I have ever been from a fitness routine and I love it! I always had a hard time getting in strength training because lifting weights was so boring to me. Using my body as a weight has not only improved my overall strength, but I am amazed at how quickly my muscles have transformed. I have lost inches in all areas of my body including my abs, arms, legs, and even that darn booty :-) I am excited about how strong and confident I have become in just 90 days.
