I just ended week five of BBX Hardcore. I have seen a HUGE difference in my strength, and I haven't even finished the program. My arms and abs are becoming more defined and lean. I feel stronger and it is reflicting in my self confidence. I love what I am seeing in myself! Thank you, Dede for such a rewarding workout.
