When I bought Project You, I was looking for a system that was not full of advanced kick-your-butt type workouts. I wanted something more intermediate. What I wish I had known before I bougt them: I think Project You would have been perfect for me, if it weren't so repetative! The Foundations and Power Push workouts are 99% the same workout. They made Foundations with beginner moves only - not showing any modifications to make it a little more challenging if you wanted to. Then they refilmed almost the exact same workout WITH the more advanced modifications, to make Power Push. They could have just shown the more advanced modifications in the same workout. Then the Total Body circuit workout takes the same moves from Power Push, adds in the same moves from the Upper and Lower Body strength workouts, and calls it a 3rd workout. I couldn't finish the whole program, because it felt like the same exact workout every day, no matter what DVD I put in! It had so much potential for anyone who doesn't want a super-advanced packaged deal, but it really suffers from a lack of variety.
