I've been doing BBX Hardcore for a little over 3 weeks!! I thought level 1 was hard, but as I kept going the levels got harder. But the results that I see now are worth the pain...haha!! I've seen amazing results. Before I started the program my weight was beginning to plateau and once I started the workout my weight began to change. I've gone down 2 pant sizes and I had to by a belt to make all my shirts look acceptable. My muscles are more toned and leaner. People have text and emailed me asking what I'm doing to lose weight and get toned. Even pregnant woman say they want to do the program after they have their baby. I have nothing but good things to say about BBX Hardcore! :)
