This is a 30 minute workout focusing on butt and legs. I had not used Classical stretch until recently when I bought the 2009 series. I was interested in the older workouts (true vidiot have to try everything once I like an instructor!), but they are really difficult to find and very expensive since they are out of print. I found this one at the library. She starts with a sidelying leg section with lifts to the side, then with your top left to the front. You will really feel this section. The second section is a variety of different leg lifts with a chair. I really liked this for toning and I didn't feel particulary tight after, as she adds lots of stretches at the end. She is always smiling and saying "that hurts doesn't it?", but in a way that doesn't make you want to throw something at the tv. The music is better in the newer videos, but not annoying enough that I wouldn't do this dvd again.
