I really love the music on this one, including Buttercup! I am old enough to had had that song on a 45rpm record. :P The step segments are about 7 minutes long and the choreography is fresh and fun. I modify so that I don't do a lot of twisty moves on the step. Th weight segments include a lower body/upper body combo (which I do just as upper body)followed by at least 2 more exercises for the same body part for which you can go quite heavy! There are 4 step combos. She does chest and back after the last combo, and goes right into abs, which has interesting variations on plank, side plank, and Pilates inspired moves. I like circuit workouts in general because I am not doing anything too long to hate it. ;) This one delivers.

Instructor Comments:
In the ab section, she says that if you start to shake, you need to modify. Well how about showing us how to do that, Cathe?? That is my main gripe with Cathe's workouts: she should always have a background exerciser showing a modification. They aren't there just to suck air! Show a lower intensity option for the cardio. Show me how to do a back -friendly modification for the ab work. Show me SOMETHING. Cathe shines in this workout, however. She is very natural in front of the camera.
