I have this on a DVD with the abs workout. Mine must be mutant, however, because workout 1 is Tamilee in a different colored outfit and all she does is a warmup and stretch and then we go into workout 2, which, imo is worth the $1 I spent on this DVD. It is 10 minutes of Pretzel and variations on Pretzel. AWESOME. Workout 3 is all squats and lunges done with a step. Also a burner. The ab work is all traditional and not worth the DVD. I'd recommend this for workout 2 alone. The only chaptering is between workouts, so you must FF through the warmup and stretch if you want to do 2 segments.

Tamilee wears a 1 piece thong leotard in this workout that shows more of Tamilee than I ever wanted to see. :eek: She is, however, knowledgeable and personable and not annoyingly perky. I love her haircut. :)
