I thoroughly recommend this video for UK fitness video fans - I have been using it for almost two years and it has greatly assisted me in increasing my fitness level, and still remains both fun and challenging.
As with most Y Plan videos, this is split into three levels, with the aim of gradually progressing through them as your fitness improves. This is acheivable as I have done it! All workouts are aerobic with the emphasis on fat burning.
Level one is 12 min. of aerobic exercise, good for beginners, especially those who are have not exercised before. Level two is 17 min long and can be doubled up in preparation for level three. In both the first two levels, "ordinary people" exercise along with the instructors, which I like as it is not just full of perfect bodies and I was inspired by this - 'if they can do it - so can I!' Level three is 35 min and includes step, floor, intervals and lots of variety - great fun. My only real criticism is the short stretching at the end of the video - a problem with all the Y Plan videos due to the short length of the videos themselves.
Otherwise - a good fun video, that still makes me puff and sweat!
