A friend sent me this video and I noticed there were no reviews on it so I figured I would be the first. I did this workout yesterday. This is a total leg video by Tamilee. It is about 30 minutes long and requires a chair for support and stretching. There is a short warm-up followed by a few stretches. She gives you toning exercises with ankle weights for the quads, hamstrings, and inner and outer thighs. She starts of with squats then moves to 2 sets of exercises for the hamstrings, then inner thighs, and then outer thighs. Between each is another set of squats. Then she repeats the first exercise of each leg part. There is no floor work in this video, everything is done standing. There isn't really any calf work but I just did a set of calf raises of the bench. This is a solid leg workout for intermediates, beginners could do the workout without weights. It may be to easy for advanced but I can feel a firmness in my legs today.
Instructor comments: As always, Tamilee is at her best in instruction and proper form. I think that she is being passed over for new instructors but I think she is one of the best out there. Her videos may have poor production value and are a bit older but they are tried and true solid workouts. (Except for maybe a few of those "2000" workouts - she should probably stick with just toning not aerobics) I wish she would come out with some new videos because I would snap them up!
