This tape consists of about 25-30 minutes of
low-impact aerobics and a 15-20 minute abs workout. The
forgettable aerobics are strictly beginner level, but the
abs workout is tough!
What detracts from this tape, however, are the following
(in no particular order): 1) the low-budget EP quality of
the tape and the cheap production overall; 2) the cheesy
set and annoying synthesizer music; 3) the boring
However, if you can get past all that, you like doing
15-20 minute ab routines, and you can find this tape on
sale (I paid $5.99 at Target), then this workout might be
worth it for you.
All three women are capable instructors, but Donna,
with her style and enthusiasm, steals the show. I think
they deserved better than this low-budget production.
