Just Thighs & Just Arms

This DVD contains two workouts, both short and to the point. Just Arms covers biceps, shoulders, and triceps in 32 minutes. You do four giant sets up and down the pyramid. Each giant set is built of one exercise for each body part, then you pyramid using different weights each time through doing 12, 10, 8, 10, and 12 reps. I give this a resounding A for effectiveness and interest. Just Thighs is for your thighs, hamstrings, and glutes. You do one “super-giant set” up and down the pyramid. This workout is also 32 minutes. It’s a good one, but I didn’t find it holding my interest as much as Just Arms. However, I like it well enough to continue doing it. Overall, I found this to be a great addition to my collection, and if you like your strength training to be short, down-to-earth, and effective, I would definitely recommend this.
