This is one of my all-time favorites. I find
myself smiling a lot when I'm doing this (really!). The
music is very upbeat classical music. Even if you don't
normally listen to classical -- I don't -- you're going
to love this. Jeff and Scott take turns teaching. Each
teaches roughly half, switching back and forth. The
workout is high/low, and all the steps can be modified to
either high or low, depending on your preferences.
This workout is just a blast! The intensity is
intermediate level, but I find myself getting into the
fun so much that I'm working at a more advanced level for
much of the hour. It's also a good one for beginners,
because the steps can be easily modified. (They show you
If you tried Jeff and Scott's Studio Jam, don't let
that one fool you. This is MUCH better. Classic Cardio
gets an A+ from me!
These two are really a "dynamic duo." They
really have a blast together, and the fun is contagious.
