COMMENTS ABOUT INSTRUCTOR: Teresa goes faster in this tape than the intermediate total body tape. Like always she know exactly when to tell you to hold in that gut or do knee to little toe.

COMMENTS ABOUT VIDEO: It is a 24 minute all standing work regimen that will really target your legs and lower body. There are TWO sets of 10 Thread the Needles so beware J There are no new moves in this workout different from the total body workouts, except Gymnastic Stretch which is in the Advanced Total Body (not the Intermediate, Beginner, or Instructionals); however, she explains it thoroughly and it's a great stretch (Tae Bo also uses it in some tapes.
